I met Luke many years ago through a chance encounter on the Upper Kenai River while I was sockeye fishing for the first time. Even though I wasn’t then his client, Luke set my fly rod up and instructed me on how to catch sockeye. I soon limited out! I was amazed at his patience as well as his willingness to help me. For years since, I have had the great privilege to share the adrenaline and excitement of slamming reds and landing large rainbow trout on the Kenai with Luke as my guide. I started guiding on the Kenai River, in Alaska, nearly a decade ago and have been chasing fish ever since. No matter where I am fishing, I always enjoy meeting new people and sharing my knowledge. My love for fly fishing and my desire to conserve our native fish and wildlife makes guiding a career that I am truly passionate about. The Rogue River is a truly special piece of water and I can't wait to share what I know with my clients!
